DataJoint NEURO supports collaborative research at Columbia University
In February 2021, the DataJoint NEURO team began work supporting a multi-lab research project at Columbia University “Computational and Circuit Mechanisms Underlying Motor Control” (MOC3). Our team, will develop data pipelines including mouse colony management, behavior, electrophysiology, and functional imaging. The DataJoint NEURO team is excited to work with the multiple labs to establish a standard framework for data management and data sharing.
